@momtochloe

@novamc1

Thanks for the help!  We don't have a Costco close to us; SAM's is practically in our front yard but will check there as well as Aldi's.   Hope you all have a peaceful night!

Good morning everyone!

Had a really blessed week at our conference! It was so nice to catch up with friends, have great sermons and studies but boy it was a HOT one.

Color me STUPID for not getting one of those mini AC units like @momtochloe  got at Aldi's!  It would have been perfect for our dorm room.  DH was blaring fans on me all night.  Woke up with a sore throat on Thursday which sadly turned into bringing home a summer cold.  Usually, those sore throats go away!  Of course, going from hot dorms to AC and staying up WAY too late and singing like crazy and yapping non-stop.....didn't help my throat much!

At least it is keeping everyone away from me here at work!  Ha!

Came back to a mess as usual here at work.  How things can get so balled up in only 3 days, I have NO idea!  LOL  We were closed both Thursday and Friday.

I haven't caught up on paperwork yet, but it will still be there later!  It was more important I catch up on our Sticker News...right?

Oh my friend @RespectLife I am so glad you are back but yes those little Aldi a/c units are more than worth the money especially if you pour cold water from the fridge in there or was smart enough to buy those silicone ice cube molds for bottles!  I noticed they are completely gone at our Aldi's so it looks like they sold out quickly.

And there is nothing wrong with being a temporary pariah at work especially when you don't feel well.  This is one of those times when working with mostly men comes in handy as they do so well around germs . . . Smiley Happy

Be well my friend!  Heart

@Writer with Flair,Thank you. I have been super busy trying to finish some things with my mom's estate and trying to track down some O2 tubing that will not allow back pressure to change the settings on the oxygen concentrator. It is dangerous for my husband and it happens at higher levels of O2 that he currently requires. I am familiar with some tubing that will not allow this and I am hoping to be able to get it.

Thanks for asking. I am very tired now since I have been up since 5AM. My hairdresser did a great kindness and came here to give me a haircut. My hair is long but with the terrible humidity it was getting way too shaggy looking.
