Hi @ChiliPepper . . . make room under that rock for me too . . . I have heard great things about Stilton but just have never had the opportunity to splurge and buy it for myself.  I had no idea it came in so many different varieties!

@momtochloe

Is it a cooking cheese, a cheese & cracker cheese, soft, hard, cut-able, spread-able???

Ok, I guess I need to do some research.

Tee hee, me too @ChiliPepper because I wanted to make sure I was saying the right thing.  Stilton is a form of blue cheese (which I love):

@VaBelle35

Where have you bought Stilton?

I checked our JUMBO Wegman's and they don't carry the Lemon either.

RATS!

@Writer with Flair

Awww...shucks!  (((hugs)))

I am obsessed with finding Lemon Stilton now!  LOL

No luck so far, but I just printed a list of cheese shops in Buffalo.  There are not very many.  My JUMBO Wegman's has never carried lemon.  I need to call back when the Cheese Mgr. is available to see if it can be ordered but the girl didn't think so...since so many of what they purchase comes in a 50 LB wheel!  LOL  I remember DD crabbing about lugging those buggers around!  I don't think I want to purchase 50 lbs.

Has anyone ever ordered cheeses online?

If so...can you recommend a site??

@sabatini   posted a delicious sounding Sauteed Swiss Chard w/ Parm recipe in the Recipe Game.

Check it out!

I am going to try it w/ the beet greens!

Should be good, right?

Oh no...I just crawled out from under that rock myself a couple days ago, @ChiliPepper, when Writer mentioned Stilton in her post.

I had never heard of it!  My daughter worked her last 2 years at Wegman's in the Cheese Shop!  I thought she had brought home just about everything they had!

I like it a lot.
