Question if You Make Flan

Hello: I'm thinking of making pumpkin flan. (First time) Do you think the disposable foil ramekins work ok or should I step up and get porcelain? TIA

I use the crockery ones, but when I buy it at the farmers market, it’s always in the aluminum foil ones.  I think either way will be okay.
