This recipe was in the Boston Globe recently. This is a recipe from a lady named Hazel Barnes, who is 102. I made it and it is super easy and very good.

Peach Custard Pie
One 9-inch unbaked pie crust (frozen shells are fine)
8 medium peaches, peeled or unpeeled and sliced (I peeled mine and 7 were plenty)
2 eggs
3/4 Cup sugar
1/4 Cup flour
1 Tablespoon Melted Butter

Preheat the oven to 375•
Place the sliced peaches in the unbaked pie crust
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, flour and butter.
Pour the mixture over the peaches
Set the pie on a rummed baking sheet
Bake the pie for 55 minutes or until the custard is set and the crust is golden
Set the pie on a rack to cool completely before cutting

Hope you like it ~
