Very good, light tasting and a hit yesterday at luncheon.

Pastachio Bar Dessert

36 Oreo Cookies, finely crushed

6 T butter melted

2 pkg (3.4 oz) Jello-o Pastachio Pudding

2 C cold milk

1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip

1/2 C chopped nuts

Mix cookie crumbs and butter well. Pres onto bottom of 13 x 9 pan.

Beat pudding mixes and milk in bowl 2 min. Spread onton bottom of Crust. Cover with cool whip and nuts.

Refrigerate 4 hours .
