@Jordan2, I buy parchment paper at Walmart or any of the other grocers where I shop - it's always in the same section as aluminum foil and waxed paper. It's commonly used, so I can't imagine a grocery store not carrying it. Regarding waxed paper, I use it to put crumbs on when I'm breading pork chops or chicken; also, I use a sheet of it on top of cakes or pies to keep them from getting dry. I also place a sheet of it on my countertop when I'm peeling potatoes or carrots.

I buy parchment paper at Costco. I seldom bake but I put on a baking sheet if I am heating something in the oven then I don't have to wash the baking sheet just throw away the paper. I lay it over the top of food on the patio if flies or bees are around. It is very handy to have.

I buy it at Costco, too, in a large container. The boxes at the grocery store are small and pricey.

I think Parchment is Parchment I saw it in the dollar stores, just read the box for safety. I was watching Trish Yearwood yesterday and she was using it in the oven and it was turning brown.

I have been out and was told by both Costco and Walmart it is a holiday item for baking,to check back in November. Finally found the Kirkland brand on Costco online.

I get mine at the grocery store by the foil and baggies.
Love it for baking cookies or sugared pecans.
Great stuff. Makes clean up a breeze, which I am all for!
-Happy baking!-

I also use it to cover food in the microwave.

I also get mine in the grocery store in the same spot. They always have it.

I'm the OP and went back to Key Food today. Evidently I didn't look too carefully yesterday because there it was! I must have thought it was Reynolds Wrap. It is pricey though, $4.99 for a box.

Yes, but you don't use a lot of it. A box lasts me a long time. I don't cover the whole pan to cook 1 item, I cut it smaller and use enough to go under the food only.
Glad you found it, now you will wonder how you ever lived without it!
