Yesterday I made our StPatrick's Dinner, finally (a little late).
I happened to see your recommendation of adding the liquid from a jar of Kosher dill pickles when cooking corned beef, and I just had to let you know that our corned beef was delicious and tender. .......THANK YOU.........
