PUMPKIN PANCAKES AND APPLE CIDER SYRUP

I just made these pancakes and, wow, are they good. Got the recipe from Allrecipes from a gal named Ruth. Go to the website and search pumpkin pancakes and click on the one by Ruth. They are so good. Not too sweet and the spices are just right. I subbed egg subs. and soymilk. They are a beautiful color and nice and tall. I ate 3 of them!! I also have a recipe for the apple syrup that is very easy too. If anyone wants that, let me know!!!!
