Need a Good, Thick, Buttery Caramel Recipe

i am looking for a thick, gooey recipe like mrs. prindable's caramel recipe.

i am going to attempt gourmet apples using the caramel, white chocolate and cinnamon sugar. wish me luck, i am going to need it. lol.
