@shoptilyadropagain  Yes, you can make a smaller casserole using the recipe I posted or a large one using the recipe that @Ainhisg posted.

@Calibeach , I made your pineapple casserole, and it was delicious! It is a perfect side dish with ham. We had black eye peas too. 

I plan to make it again for Thanksgiving.

@Tissyanne  I'm so glad it's a good recipe. Your meal sounds delicious! I'm making it for Thanksgiving and I like the idea of making it for ham dinner.
