I wasn't familiar with them so I looked them up.They look a lot like Rugelach.

I noticed that too as I was looking at recipes.  She always called them nut horns.  Looks like it's a pretty easy dough, just takes time to roll them.  Hoping I can get my husband to help!

If you go to.allrecipes.com, they have a recipe called Mom's Nut Horns. They do look delicious.

Thank you @elated

I copied that one yesterday!  Have you used this particular recipe?

There are tons of versions out there....was looking for one that someone actually made.

@Knit-Chick

i always bought rugalach - but they seem easy enough to make

just time consuming all the filling components

i always relied on Ina G or ATK for recipes

they both have recipes on youtube - always good to see how it is done

i see your name is knit chick - what to you knit?

i learned a few years ago - 2018 or 2019

i'm a warm person so no sweaters for me

mainly socks - since i do wear socks

@Yahooey Hi!  so sorry for the delayed response Smiley Happy  Yes I knit, but mostly easy things like scarves and shawls.  I just finished up a shawl in a very nice sockweight yarn.  I've never done anything more complicated, but I would love to try socks!  Do you knit those on double pointed needles?

@Knit-Chick

i do work on double pointed when it gets too small a circumference

but i bought a Chia Goo fix circumference for socks - so it goes quickly

i would love to see some pics
