I play cards with a group of women. The host usually makes cookies. However one of the ladies can't have sugar. I'd like to make something she can eat also. She also can't eat fruit because of the sugar.
Any ideas on a simple non messy (we will be playing cards) that I can make?
TIA

Depends whether she can have carbs. Blue Diamond Nut Thins crackers have zero sugar but pretty high in carbs.
If no carbs maybe a protein snack like deviled eggs but you said you may not want finger food because of mess.
Maybe a small crudite platter with veg olives pickles etc for everyone and she can pick what she likes?
If doing a platter by yourself is too much maybe go in with someone.

Maybe ask her what she can eat/what she'd like?

Crackers are a carb and turn into sugar.
If she is off sugar that would mean no carbs such as crackers and carrots are a high carb.
I would suggest celery sticks with a no carb/sugar dip.
Easy to find recipes for dips on line.
There are many keto sites that have SF desserts, but you would need to purchase things like almond flour, sugar subs etc.
Guac is usally okay ,...nice on top of cuke rounds.

I interpreted 'no sugar' as sweets but if that's not the case, then I guess crackers are out. Perhaps the OP can specify so we can offer more accurate ideas.

I make these with Splenda. You can make any flavor you like. Omit the sprinkles for no sugar.
They are good.
