@Calibeach - Have a wonderful time! The Steelers and the Eagles are both out, so we probably won't do anything special. DH will say he doesn't care, but I know the TV will be on!
If you want another simple dip that's always popular when others come here, take a large block of Velvetta cheese, 1 can of refried beans, and maybe a can of Rotel tomatoes in a covered bowl. Heat in the microwave about 4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Easy, quick, and good!

Hi @Calibeach ! I think it came yesterday. I was busy writing yesterday and last night, and today I've been on the phone while we decide whether or not to cancel tomorrow morning. I still have one more part of the service to write, and I'd better be ready just in case the icy roads they're predicting are not icy!
It reminds me of when I was younger and a storm was imminent. Would school be closed and did I really have to do my homework? Mom always said I'd better be ready just in case the weather wasn't as bad as expected. She was right!
So I will let you know later tonight during my next "break"!
