I LOVE my airfryer and use it all the time. Last night I had boneless/skinless thighs to use for dinner----to make a teriyake stir fry with. Don't normally use thighs--they are kind of gross with all the bits and pieces of stuff in them altho I do surgically remove alot of that. But I decided to season them up and airfry them first then add to my veggies with the sauce---WOW!!!! they were so delicious!!! Have to say--the biggest thing you can do --is to dry off any and all types of meat/fish BEFORE you try to brown it up. . That way it will get brown and crispy and won't -steam-- from being wet---I also use paprika on top to enhance the appearance. Cooked 4 boneless/skinless thighs at 380* for 12 minutes--then turned it over and added another 8 minutes or until the temp is 165*. Chopped them up and added to my veggies----so good!! Will do that from now on.

Glad it turned out well.  Chicken thighs are a favorite of mine.  So much more tender and tasty than breast meat.  I like Montreal Chicken Seasoning.  I sprinkle that on and it's yummy.  May even contain some paprika.

McCormick is the brand.  Comes in small bottles but I've found larger bottles on Amazon.

I find thigh meat to be more flavorful than breast.

@PinkyPetunia @wagirl

I love the Chicken Montreal Seasoning too, so flavorful.

When I roast a whole chicken I brush the chicken and surrounding sliced vegetables in the pan with melted butter then sprinkle the vegetables with the chicken seasoning and use the regular Montreal Seasoning on the chicken.

Gives it a nice balance Smiley Happy

@wagirl  I like boneless thighs too, but by the time I get all the grossness out of them, there's nothing much left!  When you air fry them what happens to that nasty yellow skin inside?  And yes, I always dry all my meat, fish, chicken before I cook it.

@bmorechick --I try to get the gross stuff out--do I dare mention them,--the stringy stuff--so gross-- and I do trim off alot of the chunks of fat away but like you said, not much meat is left if you go after it all -- but the rest seems to cook away and alot drops to the bottom of the AF pan and really--that is what adds  alot of flavor and moistness to the thighs---it makes a HUGE difference when you dry off meat, doesn't it??

@wagirl Ok!  Oh yes, patting stuff dry makes a huge difference.
