We're going to have some friends over on Sunday for the NFL playoff games. Keeping it simple - setting up a Nacho Bar with sodas, beer and pitchers of margaritas. 

Costco has a 2 pack of the Tostitos Queso (2 different flavors, Queso Blanco & Salsa Con Queso Nacho) that we will keep warm in 2 separate mini slow cooker vessels. A local taqueria makes the BEST salsa that will be added to our bar. I've already purchased the avocados and ingredients to make a big batch of homemade guacamole. And got to have sour cream

For the meat, I will make a batch of taco seasoned ground beef and will shred a Costco roasted chicken. Any leftovers will be great for taco salads.

My girl friend and family are huge OSU fans and during the season...there is always lots of food on game days.  We are not sport fans so never attend her gatherings but the food always looks so good.

@Mom2Dogs You don't need to be a sports fan to set up a Nacho bar. It's good anytime. This is always a good option for grazing on a lazy Sunday or if you are having people over. Everyone can serve themselves and pick the ingredients that they like.

I use a variety of my LocknLock containers for the toppings so no extra clean up. Just pop a lid on the container and into the refrigerator for leftover nachos or taco salads

@Calibeach   We do this a lot when I know most family members will be eating at home.  I too include seasoned beef, chicken or shrimp - sooooo goood.
