Merrie Mallow Fudgies

60 MINIATURE marshmallows

3 cups sifted flour

2/3 cup cocoa

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 cup crisco

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

sugar to roll "fudgies" in

Freeze the marshmallows while you make the dough. Sift together the dry ingredients. Add sugars and crisco. Cream well. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Shape a round teaspoon of dough around each marshmallow. Roll in sugar. Place on GREASED cookie sheet or foil. Bake at 400* for 5-7 minutes.
