Count 'me 2' as not being able to find the meatloaf.  I've never had good luck finding DV's recipes - twice by accident....so thought it was just me.  If you find it - could you post it here.

I'm bored with my version so stopped making it.

I found Chris Pryme's recipe on a thread from 2015:

Here is the recipe for Chris Pryme's 4 ingredient Meatloaf:

1-1/2 lb of ground beef

1 medium carrot shredded

16oz sour cream

1 sleeve of crushed saltines

Combine ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.

You can add a can of cream soup (mushroom, tomato, celery etc) on top before baking
