I use my hands, Sweet Baby Ray's, Panco crumbs and shape into burgers to bake because DH likes to make a meatloaf sandwich.

I did this recipe last night and served them on onion buns.  Delicous!  I used mayo, red onion and lettuce.  Next time I think I will flip them half way through the baking process.  Thanks for sharing.

@coconut1818  I so happy you liked it!!!  I like the way you served it.

DH loves my meatloaf.  After he was released from the hospital after a botched routine colonscopy, he wanted meatloaf.  The burgers was the quickest way to get him meatloaf. I haven't made them any other way since.

I just noticed I forgot to mention I also add an egg.

Any bacteria would be destroyed by the cooking process.

I use the large silicone fork that was sold here in a set of two, it is wonderful for combining.  I just made a meatloaf tonight and my hands never touched the meat mixture.
