Lemon chicken in a crockpot

Ladies...I need some help... One of my favorite chicken dish lemon chicken -- I generally just bake it in the oven noting fancy... I am trying to figure out if there is a recipe for this in a crockpot--not a fan of the oven in 90 degree weather.

Any suggestions are appreciated....
