Re: Leftover Cranberry Sauce

Leftover cranberry sauce is dynamite on turkey sandwiches. You can also put a generous helping on top of a block of cream cheese or baked brie and serve with crackers as an appetizer. Delicious!

Re: Leftover Cranberry Sauce

I just freeze it in a mini lock n lock and then maybe in January or February when I'm roasting a chicken I pull it out and have it then.

Re: Leftover Cranberry Sauce

Thanks to you all!

I froze mine the other day (should have froze it in ice cube trays...) but will try it as jam when in the mood... or maybe filling for cookies. We eat it on leftover turkey sandwiches, but now the turkey is gone... but with chicken that sounds good too.

I also love the pork tenderloin idea, sounds scrumptious!

Thanks again {#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}

I'd warm it slightly and put it on pancakes or French toast!

I love cranberry sauce! Try putting it on a sandwich instead of mayonnaise; I also put a little on a grilled cheese. Really delicious!

Me, too!

Re: Leftover Cranberry Sauce

It's really good on a roast beef sandwich...mixed with mayo. Its like mccallisters deli. I also like it with chicken pot pie,chicken and dumplings,or on an English muffin with cream cheese.

Re: Leftover Cranberry Sauce

I only had a little left but used it on my plain yogurt. Yummy.
