2 lbs. carrots, scraped and diagonally sliced
3/4 cup butter
1/4 cup firmly packaged brown sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
Cook carrots in small amount of boiling water 12-15 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Drain.
Melt butter in small saucepan; add remaining ingredients.
Bring mixure to a boil, stirring constantly.
Pour over carrots and toss gently.
