I don't like it and just don't eat it. There are so many other greens that taste good.

We buy bags of kale salad at Sam's Club frequently. The whole family likes it.
The bag comes with chopped up kale and a packet of dried cranberries (cranberries, sugar and sunflower oil) and roasted pumpkin seeds (pumpkin seeds, canola oil, salt). The bag also contains poppyseed dressing (soybean oil and/or canola oil, sugar water, apple cider vinegar, salt, orange juice concentrate, poppyseeds, egg yolk, xanthan gum (emulsifier), lemon juice concentrate, dried onion, dried lemon peel).
It is by far my favorite of the prepackage salads. We get it all the time. And the poppyseed dressing is so good. I am on a quest to find a similar dressing in a bottle. That is why I have the ingredients.

I like the health benefits of kale but I don't like the taste of it so I buy dried kale powder and then add that to other more tasty things in my diet. Right now I'm using this organic brand, Food to Live, from Amazon.

Mix kale with spinach, remove center stem on both, sauté with olive oil, salt garlic.

I love it, sautéed with OO and garlic, in soups, with pasta and Parmesan, OR raw with "Spring Mix" or as BABY Kale in mixed green salads.

I have never tried kale and don't plan to. There are plenty of other things to eat that are good for you and at least are edible. Why force yourself to eat something you don't like??? Life is too short.

Wash Kale. Spin dry or do whatever you need to get it very dry. Spread kale on a large cookie sheet, spray with just a tiny bit of olive oil, then salt it. Cook it on 350 for 15 minutes. Watch to be sure it doesn't burn.
You can add garlic or spice it up any way you want instead of salt. My son made it with some hot sauce that he put in a spray bottle.

@Flatbush You are funny - I'm curious though. Have you eaten starched curly grass before?
I'm just kidding!
Kale - it's so good for us, so many vitamins and minerals. We like to saute with chopping onion, bacon, and if you're cooking pork toss in some shredded pork or servive it as a side with a great pork recipe. Treat it as you use cabbage - if you eat cabbage.

I'm not a Kale fan but don't mind small pieces mixed in with a salad. It can also be added to soups, stews, etc.
I won't eat it plain. It's not very tasty by itself.
Google it. There are a lot of good recipes online.

I've always wanted to try kale, picked up a flatbread pizza that had bits of kale sprinkled on it, mushroom and cheese to get a taste of it, the kale was bitter tasting glad it did not have too much at least I tried it, not a fan. I love spinach though.
