Hi! Saw your reply about my appetizers, snacks for drinks, etc. I wrote. Are you looking for recipes to "cook" on the barbecue or snacks to go along with your main course? Got confused since you posted under my snacks with drinks. I can look for some other side dishes if you want. I know previously you were looking for cold dishes? NOTE: I posted a green bean casserole from New Orleans here they may interest you. (Cooked though, not a cold dish). And two other main dishes, one in crock pot, the other in oven I posted.

The other gals (and gentlemen here) have more to give you than I. I tossed several cookbooks when I downsized to my condo. And things I cook are the basics and many just from memory.

Will try to post after I browse awhile. Had a bad day today, I am quite ill. And to top it off the dog is sick. So must get on top of that tomorrow. I have lady who trims her and takes her to the vet if necessary and looks like she needs to see him.
