5 lb rump roast

2 lge cans crushed tomatoes

5 cloves garlic, chopped

1 tbsp rosemary

salt/pepper to taste

1/4 tsp hot crushed pepper

2 lge onions quartered

simmer in oven until roast pulls apart with fork (about 3 hrs @ 350)

(I keep it covered)
