1 lb creme cheese

1 lb Ricotta

1 lb sour creme

1 1/2 C sugar

4 eggs (lightly beaten)

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp vanilla

3 tbsp flour

3 tbsp corn starch

1 stick melted butter

creme together

creme cheese, ricotta - mixing well , add sugar mix, add eggs mix, add lemon juice mix, add vanilla mix, add flour mix, add corn starch mix. make sure u mix after each addition

in separate bowl - fold butter and sour creme until one color - add to other ingred and fold together until everything is one color.

grease SPRING PAN - bake 325 - l hr

shut off oven - leave cake in oven 2 hrs

removed from oven and leave on counter until cool to touch b4 refridgeration
