@lork Do you think they would eat chopped corned beef on the potatoes? That and cheese sounds good to me. We used to put a briaket in the crock pot all day so it was easy.
I think the chopped corned beef sounds like a perfect/deliocious idea. . . Even better with some sauted onion, sour cream and cheese!
