I too have a Tupperware celery keeper, I use it faithfully! And when the celery is brown it gets tossed!! LOL!

I clean and trim it when I get home from store.  Then I wrap in aluminum foil as others have mentioned...works well.  Smaller pieces I also keep in Lock 'n Lock.

On another subject ....lettuce....I follow same method as posted for celery here by @retiredatlast about paper towel under celery and on top.  I do that with lettuce and it keeps very well.

Re: How do you store your celery?

I just throw the bag into the fridge crisper set to "veggies" and do nothing else.  It lasts a long time.  I buy a few bags at a time and never had any trouble with it going bad.

Does your crisper have a fruit and veggie setting?

Re: How do you store your celery?

Clean and trim from grocery store, save tops in freezer for soup.  Cut celery stalk in half, fill large "wonton" soup container with water and put celery in the water. I change the water every other day. Last batch lasted me 6 weeks. Fresh, green, crisp.

Re: How do you store your celery?

To keep celery fresh for weeks, wrap it in aluminum foil, store chopped stalks in water, or use ventilated produce bags in the fridge
