What's your favorite host recipe?  I went in and checked Jill's out and Tara's, of course. Tara has some great ones.  David's from his books I had, were too much for us to eat.

So anyway, what are some of the host favorite recipes you may have tried?

Jayne Brown's crispy oven baked chicken wings are out of this world!  You won't regret giving them a try.

@Zhills

20 chicken wings (thawed) and patted dry

1Tbsp. Baking Powder (NOT baking soda)

1/2 tsp. salt

Wing Sauce

 Preheat oven to 250°

Put aluminum foil on a cookie sheet & place a rack on top of the foil covered cookie sheet. (I spray the rack with PAM)

  In a bowl toss the wings, baking powder & salt.

Place wings on the rack in a single layer and bake for 30mins.

   After 30mins, leave them in there & raise the temp to 425°

until brown & crispy, 40 - 50 minutes.

  Take wings out and rest 5mins.  Toss in wing sauce.

I always made some cocktail meatballs that Mary Beth demonstrated in a T-fal show decades ago. Back then, you had to mail her a request for her recipes. They were a Christmas Eve staple for us until I had no minors and started making Southern Comfort meatballs.
