HOLIDAY-SPICED CRANBERRY SAUCE

I found this in Paula Deen's Christmas magazine last year and thought it sounded different & good.

HOLIDAY-SPICED CRANBERRY SAUCE

1 (12-oz) package fresh cranberries (3 cups); 2 cups orange juice; 2/3 cup Domino sugar; 2/3 cup firmly packed Domino brown sugar; 1/2 tsp ground ginger; and 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon.

In a large saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, sugar, brown sugar, ginger, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes or until cranberries burst & mixture thickens. Serve warm or at room temperature with sweet potatoes, winter squash, poultry, or pork.
