Would be my mashed potatoes. Et vous?

Golden or Butter Potatoes - keep skin on, clean w/ brush, cut in cubes, cook in salted water, skimmimg off starch.

Mix heavy cream, 1 stick of butter, & 1 sprig fresh rosemary in saucepan and heat until butter is melted. Discard rosemary.

Drain potatoes, but not thoroughly; put back into pot; pour some of the cream over potatoes; mix w/ hand mixer, using more cream for desired texture. For our family, lumps are okay!
