Sounds good for the holiday!!All we do in this recipe is take the things we like to put ON our hot dog and put them IN our hot dog instead! These hot dogs really need to be done on a BBQ pan that will stop the bacon grease from flaring up on the grill. Cook them until the bacon is done to your liking and enjoy.
Ingredients:
8 all-beef hot dogs
1/2 - 3/4 cup prepared sauerkraut, drained
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons mustard
1/4 cup finely grated Swiss cheese
8 rashers of bacon
16 toothpicks
8 hot dog buns
Directions:
Of course, remember, if you don't like sauerkraut or one of the other ingredients, simply substitute something you DO like.
