Peanut Butter Pretzel Truffles
I truly believe that this is the perfect combination of salty/sweet

3 ingredients - No bake. Seriously!

1 cup natural peanut butter (I like one with flaxseeds for extra-cunchy-goodness)
1/2 cup finely chopped salted pretzels
1 cup milk or dark chocolate chips, melted

Combine peanut butter and pretzels in a small bowl. Chill in the freezer until firm, about 15 minutes.
Roll the peanut butter mixture in approx 40 balls (about 1 teaspoon each). Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment or wax paper and freeze until very firm, about 1 hour. Roll the frozen balls in melted chocolate.

My extra 'something extra' is to sprinkle a TINY amount the the pretzel salt from the bottom of the bag onto them before they set {#emotions_dlg.devil2}.. just sayin' lol

Refrigerate until the chocolate is set, about 30 minutes. Place in mini muffin liners. Enjoy!
