Grasshopper pie

Does anyone have a favorite recipe for grasshopper pie. I have been looking fir one but there are several different recipes with very different ingredients. Thank you

EASY GRASSHOPPER PIE

Crust:

Mix:

1 & 1/4 Chocolate cookie crumbs

1/3 C melted butter

Press into pie pan and chill

or purchase a ready made chocolate crust and chill

Filling:

2/3 C scalded milk

24 marshmallows

1/2 pint whipping cream

2 oz creme de menth

1 oz white creme de cacao

Add marshmallows to milk and melt slowly, stirring often

Cool to room temp

Whip cream and fold in the cooled marshmallow/milk mixture along with the creme de cacao and creme de menthe Pour into crust and freeze
