Gingerbread cookies

Anyone have a good recipe for gingerbread cookies?   Ones that are soft preferably.  TIA

If you search for lebkuchen cookies you should be able to find a recipe. These are the German gingerbread cookies and they are a soft gingerbread. I first discovered these cookies when QVC offered Lambertz cookies. I don't have a recipe yet but I also will be searching for one since Lambertz isn't offered this year. I hope this helps.
