Gazpacho recipe for Nutri-Ninja needed

[ Edited ]
I just received my Nutri Ninja last week, and remember on the TV presentation, Bob Warden made a Gazpacho using canned tomatoes. He either said it was in the recipe book that came with it, or it was online on the QVC site. I can't find that recipe for a COLD gazpacho using canned tomatoes. Does anyone else have the recipe or know where I can find it? I'd sure appreciate your help!

Re: Gazpacho recipe for Nutri-Ninja needed

1 anaheim chili, seeded and cut in quarters (mild)
1 cup cucumber, peeled and cut in quaters
2 garlic cloves, peeled
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
3 tomatoes, ripe, cored and quartered
crouton, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

Place chili pepper, cucmber, garlic, balsamic vinegar and salt in Mini Master Prep Bowl. Secure top and pulse in 5-7 quick bursts umtil pepper and cucmber begin to break up.
Remove top and use a spoon to push mixture down, away from the walls of the bowl.
Add tomatoes, re-secure top and pulse for 5 seconds, until all ingredients are well combined, but not liquified. Serve chilled, topped with crouton.

Here's the Ninja Kitchen site with a whole list of soup recipes. Also, at top on the Tool Bar click onto recipes:

Yep, actually I already saw those sites. Thanks for responding. I'll try the recipes they list, but again, the recipe I'm looking for uses canned tomatoes. I'll keep looking. Smiley Happy
