@KingstonsMom  THANK YOU SOOO MUCH for this recipe.  I LOVE apples, and growing up there was a cinnamon applesauce cake that my Mom used to buy from the supermarket that came in a clear pink  wrapper.  I know I'm going to LOVE this.  Thanks so much.
