@house_cat  - Yes!  The cake is delicious.  I've made it several times.  I make it in a 9 X 13 pan and bake for about 35-38 minutes (my oven).  I've given the recipe to family members who love it also.

Sorry to bother, but I came across this recipe using 2 apples and vanilla sugar!  It looks SO delicious you may want to add to your collection.
