Tomatoes (cherry, grape, beefsteak, etc....) fresh from the garden.  I make BLT's all summer long.  I also like to slice them and serve with fresh mozzarella and balsamic vinagerette.

And corn on the cob.  It's been delicious this year.

I can't pick just one .... zucchini (and zoodles), corn on the cob, cucumbers, peppers and tomatoes.
