I'm the same, I love avocados but never get around to eating them all or even at all before they go bad so I too buy the little individual containers. They are a game changer for us! We buy them in bulk from Costco, both the organic already flavored guacamole and the organic plain smashed. Love them.
I usually will add a little lime juice to the plain smashed avocado spread on toasted sour dough bread and sprinkle TJ's "Everything but the Bagel" seasoning and add a few sundried tomatoes on top. Delicious!
Oh and I wanted to let you know I made that Sausage Soup with the kidney and cannellini beans you posted last night. First off it smelled amazing the whole time it was cooking and it was delicious!!!!
I made the pasta seperately like you said and we will have the leftovers tonight. I think instead of the pasta I'm going to microwave up some potatoes and cut those up to add. Thank you so much for the recipe, it will be one of my staples from now on.

Oh, @nwbabs, we are avocado bagel twins !
I love those Dave's Killer Bread Epic Bagels and especially wtih avocado. I also like to spice it up with either hot pepper flakes, or mango- jalapeno salsa.
I buy my avocado in tubs from Costco that come in a three-pack. Each tub is good for 3-4 well-filed bagels, and they have a good long outdate.
Trader Joes also has spiced Guacamoe in tubs that have 2 servings in them. I always want more than the little single-serve containers have.
That's my treat breakfast when I have time to put it together.

@GingerHead Happy to hear you and your family enjoyed the soup and you plan on keeping the recipe to have in your meal rotation. I too buy the little guacamole containers from Costco. They also keep in the fridge for a long time. They've become a staple in my house. P.S. Your soup looks DELISH!!!

@FranandZoe Depending on the grocery store, the refrigerated guacamole is usually found in the dairy or deli refrigerated areas, near the sour cream, dips or refrigerated deli stuff.

That's definitely a nutritious breakfast. I love eggs and avocados, and sometimes I'll add an egg to my avocado toast. The sliced eggs on the left look like mollet eggs ("jammy" yolk) and they're a favorite of mine to just slice on toast.
