Easy Jello Cheesecake

1 8 ounce package cream cheese

1 small box jello...you choose the flavor

1 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 can EVAPORATED milk

1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust in a pie pan

Mix jello as directed on the box. Pour into a medium size bowl then refrigerate for 1 HOUR.

Pour EVAPORATED milk into a medium size bowl and refrigerate for 1 HOUR. In another bowl, combine the cream cheese, vanilla and sugar. Mix well. Remove jello and whip til fluffy. Remove the EVAPORATED milk and whip. Add it to the jello and whip. Fold jello into the cream cheese mixture. Mix together slowly. Pour into pre made graham cracker pie crust and chill for at least 1 hour.
