Pumpkin Apple Bread

2 cups flour

1 tablespoon baking soda

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 teaspoon ground ground cloves

1 teaspoon ground allspice

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup sugar

1 cup light brown sugar

4 large eggs

2 cups canned pumpkin (NOT the kind that already has the spices for making pies)

3/4 cup vegetable oil

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

2 cups apples...peeled, cored and chopped

Spray 2 9x5 inch loaf pans with non stick spray. Heat oven to 350*. Sif together flour, soda, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves allspice and salt. In another bowl, mix together the sugars, eggs, pumpkin, oil and vanilla. Add flour mixture and the apples. Pour batter into the l;oaf pans. Make the tops level.

TOPPING:

IN A BOWL, COMBINE:

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup light brown sugar

3 tablespoons flour

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

1/8 teaspoon ground allspice

CUT IN:

3 tablespoon Butter

Make crumbly. Sprinkle on top of each loaf. Bake 50-60 minutes, or til the loaf pulls away from the sides of the pans. Remove from oven and leave in pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to finish cooling.
