@kcladyz I don’t have one but my son and his gf do.They use theirs often and ge5 the recipes from Pinterest. The pot is safe and if you follow directions it is easy to cook with. One thing to remember is load ingredients in order they say and don’t stir liquids. You want the liquid on the bottom of the pot. There are lots of sites discussing the use and trouble shooting.I think one is called potheads.

This old gal website is really good. She develops and tests her recipes, lots of pictures. Her Instant Pot cheesecakes are delicious. She also has an airfryer recipe section on her website. I don't have an air fryer.

start with hard boiled eggs
will give you an idea of how to use it and start the learning curve
then try chicken soup
which is basically chicken I use leftover chicken and veg and water and cook for 30 mins
once you know how it works, you are off to the races,
I took some books from the library, but the recipes didn't interest me at all, found most of the ideas on the web/pinterest

Check out youtube. Tons of vids/recipes. There are plenty of tutorials for beginners to help you understand how the IP works. I actually watched a few of those first before I even used mine. They were incredibly helpful. I started with a basic mac & cheese recipe I found on YT. Then moved on to rice and boiled eggs. Made an incredible tasting beef stew once I became fully comfortable with the IP. Once you're comfortable with it, the sky's the limit. Good luck!
