@godi Please correct the cake's butter measurement.  It should be 1 stick butter, NOT 1/2.Smiley Happy

@ECBG GLAD you answered!   I can't find my recipe for a cake like that so I'm excited about this!  

 

We moved a few YEARS ago and some things I have NO idea where they wound up!  Think the moving co. stole my recipes?  LOL!!!!

I see in your original post it is showing 1 stick of butter.  Not sure where the discrepancy came up.  Anyway, I have already printed it out to try!!

@Mumof2 The icing will be lind of firm, not fluffy like butter cream.  It was 75 in our house yesterday and the leftovers weren't right.  I'm keeping it in the fridge.  The textures are wonderful the way they're meant to be.Smiley Happy
