I roast the baby carrots using evoo, salt, garlic pepper and thyme and keep them in the fridge for snacks!  Roast at 400.  Time, according to taste...I choose 20 mins.

 

They are even good cold!


@Zhills I just love carrots and onions that have roasted around a good roast!  I like them over-done and caramelized!  OH they are so good!

Baste with beef broth and you will have that same flavor.  Gotta try that!

Hey sweet girl.  Did you and your daughter in law get a chance to try out that face stuff I sent you?

 

Does it make your face feel frozen?  I put some on and I think it gave me wrinkles where I didn't have any.  Good grief!  That's working backwards....right.
