@Sooner  - I LOVE  cookbooks, but only buy new ones selectively.  All 5 of the new ones I posted sound good, need to do more research -  will add the ones that I want to my Christmas wish list

 

Several years ago at Costco I bought the Americas Test Kitchen cookbook (3 ring binder style) with recipes from the shows. It's one of my FAVORITE cookbooks. 

 

They will release some of the recipes from the new cookbooks - will post them when I find them.

I watched one or two of the episodes when it first came out and couldn't watch anymore because the kitchen was so white it hurt my eyes.
