@Hoovermom Next time, you might want to cut the carrots into carrot sticks.  Uniform pieces will cook evenly.

A food stylist would have gone for the look which was photo worthy to be sure.

Love the photo!

I roast the baby carrots using evoo, salt, garlic pepper and thyme and keep them in the fridge for snacks!  Roast at 400.  Time, according to taste...I choose 20 mins.

They are even good cold!

@ECBG I know I know.  But there's also Villeroy and Boch, and they have the most wonderful things and SALES. Woman Embarassed

I have had Petite Fleur for a long long time and would never ever get tired of it.  I have a LOT of it and serving pieces.  And some Manoir to go with it.

And Spode Blue Room.  I've had that since the 1980's.  Every day dishes are white Apilco and Pullivyut that I've bought on sale when Williams-Sonoma has it 20 off, and service pieces I picked up off the clearance tables over the years.  It is built for hard wear!  And the oven.  And the microwave!  LOL!

And there's MORE!  But we're not gonna even go there!  Woman Embarassed
