I am making this today. About an hour left to cook. Oddly, I was working in yard and when I came in I didn't smell it. I checked and it is on. I can smell it close up but I was expecting the house to smell like yummy food cooking.

As always--sounds amazing!!! I have cooked up, mostly chicken breasts, in the crock pot but add a jar of favorite salsa to cook in--then add cream cheese after shredding the chicken. That is pretty easy and really good too. then you can do enchiladas or burritos or even over chips for nachos.
