It's the oddest thing (or maybe not?), anyway, when something resonates with me, new information seems to come my way about it.
I don't really drink, but having mimosas must have stuck in my brain because today in my Country Living email newsletter was featured an article with 31 types of mimosa drinks.
I'm not sure I can post the link since it is a magazine and they want subscribers, so if anyone is interested, do a search for country living mimosa recipes.
The site is a little annoying because you have to scroll through each one to see pictures and a further link for specific recipes. But they sure are pretty!

Hi @GingerPeach
I'm seeing Mimosa recipes and pix everywhere, too

So, I need to know, which mimosa recipe did you use, @Noel7
And what did you have for brunch? Or did you make it a dinner? ![]()

Hi @GingerPeach
The soft food buffet worked out well, LOL. We had the breakfast casserole, I just put up the recipe this morning, we really liked it. A fresh fruit platter and a variety of pastries. The Mimosas were champagne with orange juice.
Leftovers tonight! ![]()
And we each got one of our favorite See's Easter eggs, later we watched Jesus Christ Superstar, a wonderful production on NBC. It was a very nice day, we'd made baskets for each other, DH gave books.
What did you have @GingerPeach ?

That sounds lovely, @Noel7
I'm glad you found something not only soft but delicious.
That's sweet about the baskets. After all the kids in my family were older, no more baskets.
I didn't do anything specific for Easter this year except enjoy my garden.

No special treats? I applaud your restraint

Maybe just that day, for whatever reason. But I do enjoy good chocolate. I started a favorite chocolate bar thread in the Among Friends forum, @Noel7. ![]()
