Cushaw Squash recipes

My granddaddy use to make cushaw pudding. I never got his recipe. Smiley Sad 

I tried to get a squash, but the season is over til next year. Any T & T recipes you'd like to share. 😊

Maybe in a pie, perhaps as a substitute for pumpkin?

Got a cushaw squash. Cooked it and got enough for 4 pies. Gonna make a pie using the cushaw instead of sweet potato. Froze the rest.
