Can't say I've ever made any of these recipes, but I've saved them.Couldn't get this to post to the person who originally asked about slow-cooked turkey breasts.
CROCKPOT TURKEY BREAST
Add to the pot 1 can mushroom soup and 1 can celery soup and 1 envelope onion soup mix.
Maybe only slow-cook 3-4 hours or until temperature indicates doneness.
Can remove breast from crockpot and brown in oven for last 30 minutes.

Needs little or no liquid.
--May add dry onion soup mix or stuffing made with half the usual liquid, placed on bottom of crockpot with 1/4 cup chicken broth poured over the turkey. Or........

Never made a turkey breast in the crockpot. Never made one in the pressure cooker either but guess I should try it some time.
Thanks for sharing your recipes. I will keep them in case I want to try it. I will post the pressure cooker recipes I copied from the forums that Lynn posted a while back. The Golden Turkey Breast is from a 8 qt Deni PC cookbook.
Servings: 8-10
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 40 minutes under pressure
Ingredients
Salt and pepper
7 lb. whole turkey breast, wings removed, rinsed under cold water and patted dry.
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1
1/2 cups onion, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 cups carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
2 cups celery, sliced thin
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup dry white wine
2 tsp. dried thyme
2 bay leaves
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. water
Method
Liberally salt and pepper the turkey breast.
Heat oil in the pressure cooker using the BROWN setting.
Insert the turkey breast and brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
Add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Brown until the onion is soft.
Add broth, wine, thyme, and bay leaf, cooking for 2 minutes.
Place the turkey breast back in the pressure cooker.
Cover and set to high pressure. Cook for 40 minutes.
Release the pressure using the quick-release method.

Another Turkey Breast Pressure Cooker Recipe
I do turkey breasts all the time in my pressure cooker. There is NO OTHER WAY to cook a turkey breast than in a pressure cooker, once you've tried it and see how moist the meat is.
I use two cups of broth, season as I like, cut an onion into quarters, put in a couple carrots and celery ribs in chunks.
I do brown mine a little in oil first in my cooker, then put in the broth and veggies.
I do mine on full pressure for 40 minutes. Let pressure come down on its own. Once down remove veggies....toss.....take turkey and set aside.....right in the pressure cooker I make my gravy from the broth. Re-season if necessary.
Sure hope this comes out great for you.....

I've made this recipe for years. It came in the recipe book that came with an old Crockpot:
3 tbsps butter
1 onion, chopped
1 carrot, peeled and chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
4 tsps minced garlic
1/3 cup flour
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup water
1/2 tbsp dried thyme
2 bay leaves
6-8 lb bone-in skin-on turkey breast
1 tbsp cornstarch
Melt butter in big saucepan. Stir in onion, carrot, celery, and garlic and saute until lightly-browned. Stir in flour until golden. Whisk in 1 cup broth until mixture is smooth and thickened. Stir in rest of broth, water, thyme, and bay leaves. Pour into crockpot.
Season turkey with pepper. Cover and cook in crockpot breast-side down on low until internal temperature measures 165 degrees, 5-7 hours.
Remove breast and tent with foil. Strain liquid into saucepan. Let set for 5 minutes, then skim out fat. Simmer and stir for 15 minutes until slightly thickened. Whisk a tablespoon of cornstarch into 2 tbsps water into a slurry. Stir into gravy and simmer until thickened.

Does the turkey breast come out more "steamed" being done in the crock pot?
Thanks!

I would say yes in the sense that it retains more moisture in the crockpot.

@denisemb I do a whole turkey breast in the crock pot every Thanksgiving. The skin won't be brown because there is no dry heat as the oven has.
Also, if you go over 5 1/2 hrs, I have noticed, the meat chips instead of slicing nicely.
